Good news, the issue with the jittery movement has disappeared completely. I had already met the first 2 instructions before you responded
Set your mouse DPI to at least 4000.
Set your KeyMadner DPI to match.

I decided to test around with the in-game settings from the Titanfall 2 Profile You have.
I increased the dead zone and the response curve. My camera movements are not jittery anymore and I'm more accurate as a result. The only thing I have to do is change my DPI depending on the weapon I have (which is easy for me because of my DPI switch on my mouse).

If anyone is having similar issues to me Here is what my settings look like

Again. What are the dimensions for the pictures you can put on profiles, so they don't look cropped/warped? Looking at the ones Ive tried they have to be smaller than 260x344. This is the third time I've asked and I want this answered as well as my other inquiry

That seemed to fix the issue at first, but unfortunately the jitteriness of the aiming still crippled me when ADS so now I'm truly at a loss of what to do to fix this. Messing around withing the confines of both the keymander and my mouse (Also My mouses sensitivity goes as low as 500). It seems that the only thing that lowering the sensitivity dose is make moving the camera less jittery.

I have set both my Keymander's and mouse's DPI to 4000. The sensitivity I initially had for my profile was too high. I turned all the sensitivity to 1 for all the settings just to ease into being able to turn so fast. I think turning up the DPI made the issue worse but It gives me the opportunity to better show the problem

    Video of the issue
In this video I try to smoothly move the camera and instead of moving smoothly, it dose a Zig-Zag movement instead of moving strait to the left or right (You can tell what direction I'm moving by the direction the gun is swaying). The movement is less erratic when I aim the camera up and down.

The second half of the video shows me trying to aim for the center of the targets. Every time I try to move in the Direction of the center it jumps past it.This is happening as soon as I start to move the mouse in any way. This shows me that the issue exists for the camera as well; but it's not as intrusive (at least for me since I tend not to shoot from the hip).

Also, what are the dimensions for the pictures you can put on profiles, so they don't look cropped/warped? Looking at the ones Ive tried they have to be smaller than 260x344.
