I’m not sure what I am doing wrong, but I just can’t seem to get a perfect setup. Aiming is incridibly sensitive at default settings and look sensitivity is sticky. Any ideas?

was trying to respond to @Sanjay actually, my bad

what are your dpi, sensitivity, and in-game sensitivity?
  • XB1: Apex Legends sample profile
small. I have tried decreasing the deadzone which helps, but it feels like I don’t have much control and at any moment the reticle might jump wildly while tracking.

Yep, all the settings are the same. Zowie EC2A @ 3200 dpi. Set to steady. Vertical movements for ads and general movement are extremely fast. Horizontal seems fine.

for me, the overall sensitivity is good but I am getting random hits upwards and downwards when I move horizontally. Also, micro movements are being tracked. So I think I am having some issues with the deadzone maybe?

I am using the new profiles and it is much better. The only issue is in gun fights, ads feels sluggish. Is this just how console feels compared to PC? Is pretty smooth now, so maybe I just new to adjust.

hi Derek, I was wondering what the advantages were of setting the KeyMander dpi to a value higher than the maximum dpi of the mouse? Also, are the first two profiles the same? Thanks!

Any updates to the profile? Still having a hard time
  • XB1: Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
just an update, I was playing Blackout using the same profile I had been for multiplayer and the aiming feels almost spot on. Any reason why there seems to be increased latency or some factor in multiplayer but not Blackout?

if this helps, small mouse movements are fast and perfect, but larger mouse movements are slow and lag behind. So I add acceleration to help this, which makes small movements imprecise. It is like this for the Fortnite profile as well.

Thank you for the detailed response. I will try to explain the issue. When tracking, mouse movements lag behind to what I am used to on PC. When flicking, I often times overaim the target as the acceleration kicks in. Coming from PC, this feels very similar to input delay. Additionally, and may or may not be placebo, but I feel like mouse movements are more fluid offline versus multiplayer. I stared using your profile, then made my own using yours as a base, and now I am back using your profile with tweaks to sensitivity and acceleration. I grew up playing CoD, but the past few years I transitioned to CSGO. Now I use an enormous soft pad with “arm” aiming. I would prefer lower sensitivity for ADS, but at this point any fluid sensitivity would be great! Also, do you suggest aim assist on or off? Thanks!

I am using the profile you posted, so it is the same. I am just wondering how do improve tracking, as it is not 1:1
  • XB1: Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
It seems that I really only experience delay in multiplayer, offline is a lot more smooth. Any ideas?

To me, the profile posted feels sluggish and clunky, what am I doing wrong? I have adjusted deadspots. I guess it is more similar to input delay.
