What are the lights on the keymander doing? Any flashing? Or just solid blue?

What ports did you have connected on the side that says PC POWER and GAME?

Can you try swapping the Macro and the original bind to see if you get the same issue. So put the Macro on sprint and the original bind on your other keybind.

There should be no "startup" time. As long as all cables and connections are correct then it should fire up right away.

Do you mean a profile download? Which one are you trying to download? And also are you using our software?

Okay, can you try shutting off the Xbox and then once it is shut off disconnect the power cord from the Xbox. Then reconnect and turn on the Xbox by pressing the button on the Xbox.

If the USB cable is charge and sync then you are correct it should work!

I would suggest putting the actual keybinds on the side buttons. The normal side buttons are Mouse Forward and mouse back.

Then for the Macros assign them for you sprint key and melee key.

We have not had any lag issues with our GME671. It should would work without a problem. Update us if you have any issues.

Are you trying to switch by pressing the heal button or holding the heal button and bringing up the wheel?

Can you open the software to check your binds? What key do you have the heal button binded to?
