ive been trying to get my keymander to work for days and all that ive gotten to work is the home page on my xbox ive looked at thousands of tutorials including the one on your channel but still cant get it to work

Console: Xbox One S
Mouse Model: Logitech G 502
Keyboard: Cyberpower Gaming Keyboard (Doest show the model on the keyboard and i dont have the box)
I have the Keymander connected through the wire from the box and have it connected to the port that says "game"

i already checked the remote and its working fine and i can navigate through the home page but as soon as i go into fortnite it doesnt work :cry:

yes the controller does work

i am on xbox and i cant play any games i can only go through the home page, i already uploaded the fortnite profile to my keymander app on the pc and all but im stuck on what to do
