I am using the macros that you posted above for the weapon switching yet i hit f11 and nothing happens when i click the macro which is set to 1 2 3 4 and 5

i like to lift my mouse off the mousepad when im turning yet the more i move my wrist and hand the less my character turns. so if i move my hand slightly my character will do a 180 yet if i do two entire swipes with my hand my character will barely move 90 degrees

For some reason the mouse is very glitchy with its movements and it feels delayed, any fixes?
