it has always been stored in the same location. although there is 2 gamepad emulator files but i have tried this with both and my profiles have still been erases. i did uninstall and then download the keymander software again quite recently as it was one of the suggested fixes. Don't know if this makes a difference though.

i have done the update but my profiles are all still gone. the keymander is working fine its just my profiles. i have been using it for a few months now and it has been great up until now. thanks for the help so far though.

1.2.116 is my firmware update and i get this a software update error when i open the firmware folder and when i open the keymader firmware and try to update. thanks for the help tho :).
