What kind of profile and for what console and game?

This issue is always related to the amount of power the mouse is pulling please try it with a basic mouse and see if that behaves the same way.

Please start by using the profiles on this forum if should be your starting point it is the best one we have.

Please try using the the COD BO4 below if this does not feel good make the changes from there but this should be your starting point.

Please flash the firmware and change the profile your using to a different Group in the Keymander software.

Check the Cable connected to the controller disconnect it and reconnect it the controller needs to vibrate and the home button stay on

Have you swapped ports and mouse to see if it is the problem.

There is not way to add it but the adjustments made to sensitivity should help with that please add the profile we have in the forum and start with those settings.

Have you tried a different mouse that may be you issue.

Have you brought the DPI down to 1200 or bring it up to 4000

You will be able to bind certain keys to do what you need on the software that way you dont use the W key

If it does not light up with both cables connected them you may need to return the unit aqs defective
