could I get some help with my KEYMANDER? I've done the sync test with my usb and it works on my Xbox but not my KEYMANDER it just sits there and buzzes

I just got my KEYMANDER today. I'm hooking it up in the back have all the right plugs in the right place and my sync cable works when plugged into my Xbox. But when I plug it into KEYMANDER my keyboard shuts on and off my KEYMANDER constantly disconnects and reconnects and my controller just buzzes
