My keymander not working

    Please help , i have set up my keymander into pc and did everything and updated the firmware and I log to rainbow six siege profile and uploaded everything , but when I go into the game , my mouse and KB doesn’t work , please help , note : I tried 3 different Mouses and nothing worked , and I’m using a normal cable from the controller to the keymander , any tips please I want to play.

    Xbox one s and I see orange light it keeps turning off and on

    Okay that means you are in keyboard mode, press F9 so it stops blinking this will put you in controller mode which is where we need it to be able to play.

    I did that and it stopped blinking , but when I enter the game nothing happen I can’t controll my keyboard and mouse

    When I press f9 it keeps blinking then when I press f9 again it turns off , any help ?

    Your KeyMander is not seeing the controller connected. The most common reason is due to not using a true micro USB charge and sync cable that passes data. You can verify this by using our supplied cable for testing as shown here, and if it works replace your cable with a good cable that passes data.
