This is very annoying because in Rainbow Six Siege it’s a true problem. I know it’s not my mouse (Trust GXT 130) because when I play on PC there isn’t any issue. I’m wondering if there is a fix to this, please help..

Have you updated the firmware on the keymander? What about making a new profile ?

The firmware is updated and with a new profile the problem isn’t solved. What do I do? Here is my profile:

hmm okay I am going to need to test this profile and see if I get the same issue. Did you say if you have tried it within simulation mode?

Okay so you had your keyboard and mouse connected to a computer when you did this?

It happens whit and without m/kb connected to my computer. I don’t understand what you mean for “when you did this”, sorry maybe because I’m not English

Okay, I was just asking if it happened when you had the mouse connected to the computer. Do you have another mouse we can try?

Okay, that is the last thing I can recommend because I cannot replicate the issue over here on my side.

Yes, it does the same exact thing, it shoots twice instead than once. Sometimes it shoots once but only if I left click very slightly and quickly (this happens even on the 1st mouse) but it is very difficult to control and it isn’t supposed to happen. On pc the mouse works well, it seems like the pressure sensitivity on the keymander is too high I don’t know, any other tips?

Ok, i tried on a pc game and it does the same thing (I thought not because I played with that mouse on pc months ago, and I didn’t remember it have this problem), maybe its just a problem with Trust mice because even the 2nd mouse I tried is a Trust. Thanks for the help btw

Hey Marco, I can confirm with both mice that I own "both kaliber gaming mice" that this is an issue. I believe that this issue is due to the fact that games RT deadzone is set to lets say half press for activation. When you press the mouse you can only press %100 of the way for RT. This in turn means that sometimes it might register a full press that is longer than a quick tap for one shot and shoots two to three extra rounds. I can confirm that this issue happens on PUBG, Rainbow Six Siege, Call of duty WW2, Call of duty MW Remaster, and many other FPS titles.

Hi, thanks to let me/us know that this isn’t just my issue but it happens to everyone playing an FPS

Marco, will there ever be an update to fix that?

    Hi Prowler and PR0PH3T,
I was trying to reproduce the extra shots in R6S but have not been able to make the extra shots happen. I haven't seen it the other titles either, but I do know there is still a timing issue with certain games like Ghost Recon Wildlands when driving or charging a weapon, so can you tell me what gun to use in each game so I can map it out?

any gun in pubg on full auto especially the m4. Try to use an auto gun and tap fire for each shot. You will try to shoot one bullet and shoot 2 to 3

I had to go back to using the controller to see how it compares, and I haven't used a controller in FPS for a long time! Anyway, I see the issue is related to the mouse button timing. If you set a keyboard key as the fire button, you can get a single shot off easily, but with the mouse is very hard. I will work on getting this updated.
