keyboard and mouse dont work when plugged in

    just got my keymander and the pubg profile but i cant seem to work out why the play funtion wont work an wondering if its somthing to do with my keyboard and mouse or maybe the cord plugged into the controller from im useing a cooler master keyboard an mouse an the controller cord is a micro usb cable i use to charge my cell phone could that be the problem here allso i could not update firm ware as it would not let me plz help

    A quick way to check the cable would be to connect the controller to the keymander with no batteries, if it turns on and stays on then it is a good cable. If it just buzzes and stays off then it is just a charging cable not a charge and sync cable.

    How long ago was the Keymander purchased, you may have the latest firmware, check in your software settngs.

    I got my keymander yesterday got a mouse and everything just for it and i try to upgrade the thing in the help and i choose the file but the application never pops up to upgrade it. Any help?

    If you recently purchased this the firmware is most likely up to date. Open the software and click on the gear in the top right hand corner next to the "X". Once you clicked on that click on the "i" in a circle in the that window.

    If your firmware version is 1.2.119 then you are good to go.

    So I have my mouse controller and keyboard plugged in it is a charge and sync cable and I have the latest software it was working the day before but i tried to restart it but now it doesn't work

    i did manage to get it working for a short amount of time however it is rather buggy and will crash my games every now and then other than that its not too bad it also doesn't want to work right now either ive restarted the unit multiple times and the xbox as well and it doesnt want to recieve any input besides the function buttons

    Does the whole game crash or does just the keymander lock up? Have you tried swapping out controllers and/or charge and sync cables?

    its usuallly the entire game to the point were as if i was just launching it for the first time it works and have changed every cable at least once i swapped controllers and it started working but it crashes quite a bit and sometimes it will just close the game and bring me back to the home screen and it will do this hing where it will work and recieve input but when i let go of a button it thinks im still holding it

    Let's get some more information so we can better diagnose this.
    1. What keyboard and mouse are you using?
    2. Do you have a PC connected while playing? (If so, what version of Windows are you on?)
    3. What game are you playing?
    4. Did you create the profile you are using with it or did you download it from the forum?

    1. I am using a Razer Chroma Ornata keyboard and a Razer Abyssus 1800 for my mouse
    2.I don't have a PC connected while playing
    3.It can be any game usually siege WWII or some other shooter
    4.I create all my profiles I haven't downloaded any before
    and also the keyboard will still work if im gaming but the keyboard mode to type wont work and i cant get it working too often

    Try reloading the firmware on to the keymander, I have gotten a lot of small weird bug issues to clear up by doing this.

    hello i have had a lot of problems with my keymander between the red flashing light,going and buying a usb c cable and now when i map all my buttons and plug the keyboard it in it doesnt work please help

    If you have the a red flashing light that means you are in keyboard mode. Press F9 to go back to controller mode. What console are you on? And what was the USB C Cable needed for?
