I’m trying to convert over to keyboard and mouse, but the mouse moves so slow I keep getting killed. I tried messing with the dead settings and nothing happened. I’m wondering if mouse isn’t good enough? I have the ROCCAT KIRO with 4000 dpi. Thinking about taking it back and just playing with a controller.

Try turning your sensitivity up in the game settings.

What profile are you using? Have you tried using one of our sample profiles or a User profile?

I friend of mine said I need too download my mouse settings and adjust the dpi there. Then it should work. I tired just adjust the dpi on the keymander page, but that didn’t work.

Adjusting the DPI is one thing to do but you also have to change in game settings as well. Try out PROWLER's profile. On that post he explains what in game settings were changed as well.

I have ran into another problem. I have the Astro A50 headset that connects to my controller. I can’t hear the game or party when I’m playing. Help

Hi Reggie, I don't have the A50's here to test so I found this section on their user guide:
    1. Switch Base Station into Console Mode.
    2. Plug USB Micro Cable end into the Base Station & the USB end into the Xbox One.
    3. Plug TOSLink Optical Cable into the Xbox One Optical port & plug the other end into the Opt in port on the Base
Station. *Be sure to remove caps on the cable tips
    4. Go into Settings, then ‘Display & Sound’. Under ‘Audio Output’, choose ‘Optical Audio’, and select ‘Bitstream Out’.
    5. Under ‘Audio Output’, choose ‘Bitstream Format’ and select ‘Dolby Digital’.
    6. That’s it! Your A50 Wireless Headset and Xbox One are set up and ready to game!

Do you have all this set up according to their instructions? If so, do you have the AG1 Chat Cable connected between the headset and the controller? It is required for voice chat and should have been included in the box.
