Xbox One issues

    So the keymander has suddenly stopped working well. The keyboard doesn't react and then the Xbox controller desynchs and then it finishes off signing me offline.

    I've tried all the steps of changing cables reinstalling the current firmware but it keeps on happening much like everyone else it seems. Has Xbox made it so these adapters are no longer usable?

    We have not run into these problems with our Xbox's within our building, we are currently trying to recreate the issue on our side as well.

    What kind of keyboard and mouse are you using? Are rechargeable batteries in the mix?

    The Kaliber K&M combo. Yea my controller has rechargeable batteries. This wasn't an issue a week ago which is weird.

    Did you try it without them?

    These batteries will pull power from the keymander and cause issues. They may not have been pulling power before.

    As of now I've got it working again.

    I installed the old FW and reinstalled the newer one. Then I tried removing the batteries from my controller and switching which USB port I plugged the keymander to the Xbox and it seems be doing better now.

    If anything changes I'll check other solutions.
