I've been using the Keymander on my Xbox One for a while with almost no problem and almost no lag, but recently I've been using it on my PS4 and have been having problems with my mouse. My mouse, whenever i play without the software, is really unresponsive. The problem is only on my mouse and nothing else. Whenever i play with Play Mode, this never happens and it runs fine (I have to plug my mouse into my laptop, so I'm assuming its the Keymander). Is there something i should be doing to make it work normally without having to plug in my laptop all the time. (I haven't updated my software ever since I've gotten it about 6 months ago. Maybe that could be the problem?)

First I would highly recommend to update the software and the firmware on the keymander.

Also what kind of mouse are you using?

I've tried updating it but it just stays on the loading screen with the power button flashing on the Keymander. I've waited about 1 hour for it to update but nothing happens. I don't know how long it usually takes to update so i'll be trying to update all night. I've been using the Razer Atheris if there's a problem with that type of mouse.

Ok if it does not open the firmware but it is still in blinking the power light then the keymander is in firmware mode. At this point just close the software if it hasn't closed already then just open the firmware file on it's own without the software.

Now I've updated both software and firmware but the mouse is still being glitchy. What should i do now?

What is the max DPI on the mouse? And are you sure that you have it set to that when connecting to the keymander?

Also can you give me a description of what you mean by being glitchy.

After updating and unplugging my Keymander and reconnecting, it seems to be working fine now. Thanks for the help. (The Problem i had was every time i turned around in a game, it would stop halfway and wouldn't respond to my actions as fast as before when i was on Xbox One)

    Hey there!

I am new to this type of hardware and I'm trying to get it set up and get used to it. Predominately an xbox player but trying to transition to PC. However I cannot get my mouse to work at all.

I am using a Logitech G502. I've tried using it on WWII and Fortnite, but to no avail. Please advise!

P.s. While the mouse and keyboard are plugged into the Keymander, is it normal to not be able to use them on the pc?

    thank you,
    David

Ok first thing lets check the cable from the keymander to controller. To test the cable shutoff the controller then reconnect it to the keymander ( make sure xbox is on ). If the controller turns on and stays on then it is a good cable. If it buzzes and turns off then it is just a charging cable.

Yes that is normal, if you want the keyboard and mouse available on both PC and keymander you must connect them to the PC and then use simulation or play mode to get them back to your keymander.

My mouse worked fine two days ago but when I reconnected it to my xbox it wouldn't even turn. however, the side buttons on the mouse make me turn down and to the right. if anyone can solve this it would be very helpful.

I think it is an Alienware aw558. It still worked fine before I updated the firmware. Then it only Ads and fires. However, if I hold down left click and move it, my reticle starts to aim down.

I have tried it on multiple profiles, including default and the ones provided by iogear in the software/firmware tab, reset it twice, tried different mice, and nothing works.
