Have you opened the software to check what firmware version you have? To do this open the software then click on the gear in the top right hand corner. Then click on the "i" in the circle, if you have version 119 then it is up to date.

If you do need to update try the firmware recovery process but with an older firmware, once that is done you would do the upgrade one more time so you are up to date. For older firmware follow this post.

Which firmware recovery did you try? Did you try loading the older firmware first? If not steps are here

To get the unit replaced through the warranty send an email to . Now if it was recently purchased I would recommend getting it replaced through the seller since this will be faster.

Let's double check a few things. First, you have the blue power light flashing, correct? If so, do you have both of the mini USB cables connected to your PC or is one connected to your game console?

If one is connected to your console and the other to your PC, unplug both then connect one from the PC to the PC input on KeyMander, and the one from the game console to the Power input on KeyMander. Does the blue light turn solid or still flash?

I don’t know what happened, I guess I clicked F11 and F12 and I saw online that if I do that, it leads to a data corruption. Please help on fixing this.

The side buttons will be the mouse forward and the mouse back buttons in the keymander software.

Ok, I reset my keymander because it wouldnt turn on, sand then it started to blink when I reset it. I tried many things after this and it still blinks. I've uninstalled everything, what should I do?

If the light is still blinking that means it is in recovery mode. Go ahead and run the firmware file on its own with out the software and continue the firmware process.

    Hi Nick,
There's a couple reasons your computer may not see the KeyMander. First, this one seems obvious but even we sometimes do this when programming a KeyMander that is not near one of our consoles. If that is the case, make sure to have BOTH USB cables connected to the PC and to the ports on the KeyMander labeled Power and PC and the KeyMander power light is on. If you have your console connected to the Game port and powered on while trying to program the KeyMander, try changing the USB cable from the KeyMander PC port to a different USB port on your PC. Make sure to connect directly to the PC, not through a USB hub. If that doesn't work, plug in a mouse or keyboard to that USB port and make sure the PC recognizes it and the device works. After confirming the USB port is working, and the KeyMander power light is on, try a different cable to connect between the PC and the KeyMander's PC port to see if the cable is causing the issue. Sometimes the connectors have burrs or other issues that prevent the connector from fully seating and creating a connection.

This is driving me crazy. On my keymander I have only the power LED flashing, I've gone through the recovery process and it was successful but when I open the software the icon just spins over and over. So I'm a bit confused now. I haven't used it in about 8 months. But the firmware is up to date and is verified through the recovery process. The only ports that was plugged in at this time is the Power on Keymander to PC and the PC to PC on keymander. please help.

If you only have the POWER flashing, connect it to your PC and run the firmware file, once that is finished if it is still flashing disconnect the POWER and reconnect it.

I would also suggest connecting the POWER to a wall outlet instead of your PC, sometimes the USB port will not output enough power.
