Do you get keyboard and mouse movement in game?

Also have you tried reloading the firmware on to the keymander?

I get keyboard an mouse movement in game and still have the problems. I have updated the firmware.

What kind of controllers are being used?
Also have you tried changing the bindings through the software to see if those hold the changes?

The software will work, as I have used it in the past to make changes .
I am using two separate elite controllers and the controller that came with the xbox.

Try to swap out would be the cable being used to connect the controller to the Keymander. The Keymander is connected to the Xbox directly correct? It is not on any kind of hub?

We are looking into some issues with the Elite controller, so please test with the original controller. Are you using the instruction from the user manual located here?

Yes I have used the users manual as well as the instructional videos. They controller is connected directly to the keymander, and I have used two separate micro usb charge/sync cables as well as two elite controllers and one standard xbox controller, also separate keyboard and mouse. The issue I am having with the "infinite command" thing also on the PS4. I am able to map buttons on the PS4, but the mouse will still emulate a command continuously.

Do you have access to a PC for programming? If not, post your profile and let us test it to see if it's something with the profile or if it might be hardware (keyboard) related.

I do have access to a PC. I initially used the iogear pre-made profile groups and it happened then as well as custom profiles. I have also deleted and redownloaded the keymander software as well as updated the firmware multiple times.

What keyboard are you using?

First keyboard is a RedDragon keyboard, then it was an Asus one that came with the pc. I did try the "play mode" with my razer black widow and it still did it.

The issue with the infinite command tends to happen about twice a match during call of duty or bf2. Just as a time reference. I have to disconnect my controller and reconnect it to get it to stop.

Are you playing on a PS4 or Xbox One? This profile is formatted for PS4.

Sorry, I thought that would send all three of my profiles. That is the one I use for BF2 on my PS4. I have two others. I also do make sure I use the appropriate F key to chose the applicable profile.

I don't see anything wrong that would indicate multiple button presses, so I'm going to have you try some thing else next to see if you have corrupted firmware in your KeyMander. If so, we will need to do a slightly different procedure than we have listed elsewhere.

1. Download a fresh copy of the KeyMander firmware and extract it to a new folder.
2. In the KeyMander software, export all of your game profiles so that you can import them individually later.
3. Close the KeyMander software.
4. Copy the KeyMander software into the new folder, but do not copy anything else into this folder (no profiles, no .config file), so you will be leaving your backed up profiles in the old folder.
5. Go to the new folder and open the KeyMander software file in it. This will create a new .config file that has no other profiles except those uploaded into KeyMander.
6. On the KeyMander Help tab reset the KeyMander to factory settings.
7. After reset, go back to the Help menu and select Firmware Update, and follow the prompts to reload the firmware file from this new folder.
8. The KeyMander will be completely reset now. Test the factory Xbox One or PS4 profile on your game and don't worry about the key bindings, as you're just checking to see that the key presses give you normal movement, etc.
9. If everything is working normally, import your saved game profiles, then see if the problem is still resolved.

When selecting the firmware update, the keymander software closes and the firmware update screen does not open.

And upon attempting to reload the keymander software it just loads and does not say ready to play. The power light is also flashing. Edit: I manually opened the firmware updater from the folder and am now updating the firmware.

This seems to be working for now!

I was finally able to replicate the problem using an Xbox One X. I have turned the information over to our engineers, but I believe the problem may be related to a corrupt profile causing the .config file to have issues. I solved the problem by restoring to firmware V1.2.117 and installed the same profiles again. Since I have not yet found the root cause I have not yet updated this KeyMander back to v119. Our engineers are actively working on this now, so please use v1.2.117 as a temporary fix until will figure out what caused the issue with this PC/firmware/profiles combination.

Hate to dig up an old thread but I am having exactly the same issues, I have read all posts on both threads and the symptoms match exactly. I am running the latest firm ware, xbox one x standard control that comes with the xbox, default sample bf1 xbox one profile, also using wireless mouse and keyboard that came with my keymander bundle.

Tried the fix listed above, it worked until the end of the match and the score board came up. Also tried the newest firmware. After unplugging everything and resetting the hardware turbo is still active. Very annoying.

A firmware update removing the turbo "feature" would be freaking great. I've used keymander for a long time on my ps4 never had this issues ever. Just got an xbox one and this bug is making it almost unplayable

So even if you press F10 to turn Turbo mode off the light will stay on?
Just to make sure I know the exact problem can you give me a brief description of it.

Nothing I do except resetting the firmware will turn off turbo mode at this point.

Here's the chain of events.

1.Had latest firm ware.
2.Played bf1 on ps4 no issues
3.Bought xbox one x
4.Started using keymander with latest firm ware on xbox one x playing bf1
5.Turbo mode activated at some point during game play and would not turn off in the xbox one x.
6. Unplugged all usb's from keymander including power supply.
7. Turned keymander back on playing bf1 and turbo mode was still on.
8. Used the reset button on keymander. Turbo still active in game.
9. Troubleshooted keymander with what you posted above.
10. Keymander turbo mode was deactivated.
11. At the end of my match of bf1 on x box one x on the score screen where you can see both teams and there scores while scrolling through the scores turbo mode activated itself again.

While pushing f10 the keymander will beep either one time or twice and does not turn turbo mode off.

So far the only thing that turns it off is firmware reset but it turns back on while playing bf1.

I've only been using the bf1xbox sample profile so maybe it's this one profile?

Or maybe it's the fact I'm on the one x? The other person having this issue is also on the one x.

Turbo Mode should only work if the Turbo Mode is turned on, and the function you want to use is set for one of the 3 speed modes. What function is giving you problem with the Turbo Mode?
