In game acceleration can help you with your movement if the mouse is not tracking the proper distance that you move your mouse.
If you are getting choppy aiming this may have to do with the deadzone or with the DPI settings. What kind of mouse are you using and do you have the DPI set to Max on the mouse. Also make sure you set the same DPI in the keymander software.
I'm assuming you have the same set up I have from Amazon. If you find a good setting for that freaking mouse let me know because I couldn't get my movements not to be choppy
pubg on xbox has multi-functions assigned to 1 button. is it possible to split out the functions for pressing/holding a controller button to 2 different keybindings? i.e. key 'f' -> controller press 'x' [pick up/open doors] ; key 'r' -> controller hold 'x' [reload]
There isn't a direct way to do this with the software but there is a work around. You will need to create a Macro for the button, so make one for button "X" then assign the Macro to a different key then what is originally mapped to it. Press F11 to make sure Macros are on, then you should be good to go.
Seems good for me. Mine is still just a little off if there is anyone who can help me. Just got the mouse and keyboard to work in game and on the computer. Just need to get the settings more true for PUBG.
Mouse is a Razer Deathadder: 6400 Max DPI.
Current Settings (In-Game:)
General Sensitivity: 4
Vehicle: 4
Targeting: 3
ADS: 3
2x: 2
4X: 2
8X: 1
15X: 0
Aim Acceleration: 0
Dead Zone: 1
Other than it being off by a little bit. It's almost perfect. Just wondering if anyone could help me fine tune it. As I don't really know what to press to fix it lol.
my Max DPI is 5000 and that's what i have it set to in the software and the mouse settings. When I set my sensitivity low I get very precise movements that align well with the inevitable input lag. But doing that I can't turn, I have to move my mouse multiple times to do a 180. When I raise my sensitivity my movements become choppier. There's no balance. Its like a teeter totter. Could this just simple be I need a mouse with a higher DPI? This is all on PUBG and idk if you have played it yet but it's movements aren't, normal to say the least.
Anyone around that doesn't mind helping me for a brief moment. I made my own profile and its great. Love it. Just one thing I would like to do is make my R Button for reload. Can someone kinda give me a macro for this? like R = X+X or R = X>(250)X Not sure what I should attempt to get this to work. Thank you for the help in advance assuming help is received :P
At this time I do not believe a macro HOLD option is available, I attempted a similar macro for Healing in PUBG so that I could use a hotkey to activate heals due to my profile using the scroll wheel for d pad up and d pad down. At this time I have to go into the inventory screen to activate heals. Feel free to look at the Key setup on my profile and steal some of the keys if you are happy with you sensitivity settings! :)
Your not wrong. Everything else i pretty much have macro'd through my corsair pro mouse @ 8500 Dpi with the 12 number buttons on my thumb. Works good on taking Lean out of the equation and using the scroll wheel in inventory as well as having the number pad on my thumbs and keyboard. Great setup while having it simulated through my PC and running an Xbox 1 x through my 1st monitor. Hope they do add a macro hold feature. Thank you for the help Marco and Prowler
Okay that mouse looks like a normal office mouse so it most likely has a sensor that is not more then 1000 DPI. For keymander to get decent movement we need at least 2000 DPI, a low DPI can cause choppy movements like you are getting. For a game like PUBG a mouse with 5000 DPI would be ideal. Anything passed 5000 would be better as well but not always necessary.
A mouse like this one, is a good example of one that should operate better. I would highly recommend upgrading your mouse.
