I have the same problem with other profiles on other games as well. I have attached the 2 main profiles that I have been using in case they are helpful.

I will check out your profiles on my side to see if I get the same problem. Were you using the keyboard and mouse directly to keymander or using it through simulation/play mode?

I have the keymander, keyboard and mouse all plugged into my computer when I play.

I am also having this issue, I have cross referenced the rest of the threads and can't seem to figure out why mine aren't working either. I have it set for K = B+RT to quick build something in fortnite, in menu it seems to work but in game no dice.

I tested your macros and they all seem to work fine. I think you may have a corruption issue. Does the Xbox button on the controller work?

If not, try this:
1. Save your profile and close the KeyMander software.
2. Unplug the Controller
3. Unplug the Console Port connection
4. Unplug the PC port connection (and Power connection if you have anything connected)
5. Reconnect the controller connection.
6. Reconnect the Console connection.
7. Reconnect the PC connection and restart the KeyMander software.
8. Enter Play Mode or Simulation Mode
9. Press F11.

You should be good to go.
