R6S. I'm having an issue where my mouse goes out for a second just enough to be noticeable and cause problems with gameplay, sometimes it's in the turn other time a click doesn't register. Specs are ps4, keymander, kaliber gaming wireless keyboard and mouse. I'm using R6S profile with in game ads 80. Sit 5ft from keymander unit. Have it hooked to ps4, dual shock controller and an extra power hookup to outlet. New batteries. Any help?

Only light on keymander is power. Turbo macro etc never come on. Keyboard doesn't go out. That I can tell

Have the wireless receiver in the keyboard slot as directions indicated. Hooked a wired mouse up and didn't appear to have any issue but due to setup I have at home wireless would be much better it's why I chose the kaliber setup. Towards the end of my night session the glitchy mouse became so bad I could not play anymore. I hooked the keymander to the power outlet earlier and issues seemed to go away for about an hour or so but then returned. Idk what to do everything is stock just purchase the keymander combo and hooked it up on Saturday 8th July.

Dpi is set to 2000 as it states the wireless mouse goes from 1000 1500 2000 so I use 2000 with stock 2000 dpi set.

Iam using the turtle beach wireless headsets charging cable as my ps4 controller to keymander wire. Is that known to cause the issue listed above? Edit: switched out the cord and no change

The first thing to check is your wireless mouse and the dongle for it. Plug in a wired mouse and see if you have the same issue. Keep using your wireless keyboard while plugging in the wired mouse to the mouse port and let us know what you find out.

My wireless mouse is the kaliber gaming wireless mouse and keyboard combo that comes with keymander. I've placed a regular wired Logitech G5 mouse in and did not notice the issue. Spent about 30 minutes with no cut out. Also to add that my keymander said it had newer firmware than the downloadable one from the site so I left it alone. To add on to this I've been playing now for an hour or more testing out my wireless mouse vs my wired and the wireless mouse cuts out and my wired one has no issues at all. I'm very disappointed by this especially seeing how I received it in a combo pack designed for keymander. Is there a fix?

Can you tell me about your setup? Is it on a desk next to other devices, or perhaps in a living room? What other RF devices do you have in the general vicinity? There could be one of two issues, either interference from another RF device, or possibly a bad wireless dongle. If it is a problem with the keyboard, I will have our customer service department replace it, but let's do some basic checking first.

I'm in a living room sit maybe 5ft from keymander itself but it's up high on a build in wall shelf. I use the turtle beach stealth 400p wireless headset. But I've had it removed and off for testing purposes. My router does provide wifi and is in same room. Ps4 uses wired connection. Cell phone is in same room but had it on airplane mode and have turned it off, to test for interference, a computer that uses wireless but had it off for testing, Use a 70inch Panasonic plasma tv on game mode it is a smart tv but not wireless. Cant think of anything else close by that could interrupt a signal. Obviously ps4 controller. And the wireless keyboard that came with the setup. No other wireless devices in home.

Just for testing sake, can you move the KeyMander down to approximately the same level as the mouse and keyboard to see if it helps, or turn the KeyMander on its side so the RF dongle is now perpendicular to the floor? That will change the radiating pattern of the RF signal which may help since the dongle is on a much higher plane than the keyboard and mouse.

ok I've brought it down level with keyboard and mouse should I turn it on it's side but face me or better to turn it left to right of my position? Edit: I've placed it left to right of myself and seems like I'm seeing an improvement it might be too soon to know for sure but the past 15 minutes have been smooth.

Turning it on its side is for when the dongle is significantly higher than the keyboard and mouse. Leave it level if they are at the same height. If it isn't perfectly fine now, let me know.

i just got home going to try it out here soon for another run. I used it last night for roughly an entire hour with 0 issues. I'm hopeful that it'll continue with no issues. I'll post back once I feel it's good to go. Just to throw it out there once it started to work, it works amazingly! Playing r6s and bf1 felt smooth and accurate as hell! I have it sitting probably 5 feet from me and easily 5 feet up the wall. Thanks for your timely responses and help

No problem, just keep playing and let me know if you have any issues!

ok so from playing with it for 4 hours I've had to move it around the room "as much as the cord will let me" if I keep it at ground level with me it seems to not cut out but if I put it anywhere that's not level with me it starts to cut out some. I went as far as cutting everything in my house that does any transmissions whatsoever off all except "wifi" to combat any interruptions.

Yea I can't get it to work consistently. Every round of r6s I'm having to turn the keymander a different direction to make it work smoothly. I finally just hooked up my wired mouse and having 0 issues. The wireless setup needs a better dongle quality if in my small home it's getting interrupted. I'm sitting literally 2 feet from the keymander and still running into the cut out with the wireless mouse. Very disappointed. But thank you for your help and assistance.

I thought you might be having a dongle issue and that seems to be it. Our customer service department is already working on your replacement if I'm not mistaken. That should take care of it, but keep us posted.

I do have an added question. Can the keymander use a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard that use there own dongles? I know if the dongle is combined it goes in keyboard slot if each device requires its own do you just place mouse dongle in mouse and keyboard in keyboard?

Yes that is correct you would just connect the USB receivers into their respective ports.

So an update for my mouse issue. Contacted support they took care of everything including shipping said they would send me a brand new keyboard and mouse by iogear. I sent the kit back. I received a refurbished one by mistake that had broken space bar contacted iogear support and manager took full responsibility for the mistake and even setup next day shipping for me to send back the unit again. I did so and within same week received a brand new kit. Which I'm glad to say works perfect!
