Can someone help when i try and download the profile it says you do not have permision to download this file

So I fixed the issue of it being slow to move around. I now have the issue of it being really jittery and not smooth. I’m playing on a 57 inch 4K tv, does this have anything to do with the jitteryness? I’m going to pick up a new gaming mouse today. I am hoping that this will help. If anyone can help me out with some settings to make it as smooth as possible that would be greatly appreciated

I have just received my keymander today and so far had nothing but trouble. I have changed the sens settings so many times and it still has such a bad delay and or is very very twitchy. If i cant resolve this before the end of the day i will be returning.

What is the max resolution of your mouse? If the mouse DPI is not matched in the keymander software it can cause jitters.

What kind of mouse are you using and what is its MAX DPI?

Is your movement working correctly with the keyboard, but the aim/look (mouse) is not working at all or is this something different? Can you give us more information?

so my keyboard was working fine and so was my mouse for all my other profiles, I didn't use keymander for a while I downloaded the fortnite profile from this forum, not a shady website and when I tried to use it the keyboard would work but the mouse wouldn,t so I tried reinstalling it and now my keyboard and mouse arent working...

Ok, if you haven't used the KeyMander in a while we should update to the latest firmware anyway, so let's do that first.
Click this link to go to the page with firmware version 1.3.121.001 zip file and download it.
Next you need to unzip the file so you can access the .exe file.
Connect your KeyMander to your PC and then double click the new firmware .exe file to start the firmware upgrade.
Once the upgrade is complete you can open the KeyMander software and check all your settings in the Fornite profile, and make sure the mouse dpi is still set to match your mouse.
If you make any changes be sure to save then upload to the KeyMander.
Connect to your console and connect the controller using a good micro USB charge and sync cable. If this cable is out of spec or is a charge only cable, that will cause the keyboard and mouse to have no function.

What should my mouse DPI be? Does it depend on what type of mouse it is? If so mine is a LESHP mouse. Nvm just noticed the comment above me... (edit)

when are we getting an updated profile? It says updated 3/9, but it still feels like garbage...

Play with the acceleration till it feels smooth I've found 50 to 75 to be pretty good also play with sensitivity and make sure dead zone is correct! It's a sample profile what works for someone else great might not be good for you tweak it to your liking

Maybe I missed it, but is there a keybinding map so to speak listed somewhere? To see what buttons are mapped to what on kb&m?

In your opinion, is kb&m better than controller? So far, I am much better on controller and I've been gaming on PC for several years now so I'm pretty decent on kb&m.

Set your DPI to your max ! Also make sure you match that within the keymander software.

The easiest way to see the keybindings is by opening the software, selecting the profile and pressing on VIEW ALL in the bottom right hand corner.

Thank you for the prompt response Marco. Last I tried to download, then upload the profile, it seemed to be the same as the default that came with the Keymander.

I will have to try again later when I get home and see if this is the case.

I'm sure this has been asked, but is there any chance of hotkeys for building materials/weapon swapping in the future? Is this possible?

Unfortunately this is something that is limited to the actual game mechanics. Hopefully one day fortnite will change the way you build while playing on console. For consoles they use "cylce" movements to pick what your building unlike when on PC they actually let you choose a key per build.

This profile is really good for Xbox. But in ps4 you plug your mouse and keyboard and you’re ready to play

when i download the profile it says 'default.profile' and has none of the fortnite settings just a default profile

If you don't click Save As and give the file a name, it will download as default.profile . The file will have all the settings in it, but you have to import it into KeyMander to see it.

Can't you use a macro for B+RB+RB for stairs, I tried his and it is very slow. Any tips? And what are the Macros in this profile for?

Hi i’m getting my keymander in a few days and i’ve been paying attention to how yous use the macros for the building. But now fortnite has a new controller setting called Builder Pro which assigns:

Wall = RT
Platform = RB
Stair = LT
Roof = LB

Since this has been added could yous maybe find a way we could assign a keyboard button to each one of these without using a macro, like a secondary key or something
