If they are related to hardware/software issues, post them under the appropriate forum in the Setup and Troubleshooting area. If you have a problem with a game profile you can post it under the game profile thread to make it easier to follow. General discussions about games that are not about resolving a profile issue (upcoming games, release dates, accomplishments, etc.) fall under the appropriate console under Game Discussions.

Talking about themes it would cool to have themes for the keymander software. And yeah that makes sense thanks for the info :D.

How do I switch between using my keyboard and mouse on my Xbox one and using the keyboard and mouse on my pc so I don’t need to have one set for my pc and then one set for my xbox

You need to have the keymander connected to both PC and Xbox, then connect your keyboard and mouse to your PC. Run the keymander software and use simulation or play mode, this will send whatever keyboard and mouse that is on your PC to the keymander. Then simply exit simulation/play mode and your back on your PC.

I'm not sure where to post this but I downloaded the keymander menu on my PC and half the screen is shifted over and I'm not sure how to fix it

Is it off your monitor screen or completely missing? Try deleting this file and redownloading the software.

My mouse and keyboard dont work with keymander adapter . I watched videos on youtube , followed every instructions , but still , not working . Please help.

Can you tell me what kind of equipment you are using. Also what console are you on and are you sure you are using a charge and sync cable with the controller.

Im using xbox one . Then im using the wire/usb that comes with a box (2018 model)

Ok lets test the cable. To test the cable shutoff the controller then reconnect it to the keymander ( make sure xbox is on ). If the controller turns on and stays on then it is a good cable. If it buzzes and turns off then it is just a charging cable.

I turned off the controller , then reconnected it on my keymander but it stayed off . The cable that im using is the one that comes with the keymander

If you are using that cable make sure you are only connecting the short micro USB and the longer Mini USB connection must be disconnected.

Hello. Ive had my keymander 2 months now. Works great no problems. Have a question though. I received the bundle as a present (keyboard mouse keymander ) the mouse is for right handers. I am a lefty and using the side buttons is alittle bit of challenge. Was there an option when ordering for left or right or just plain mouse?

Ok so when I move my mouse slow it goes fast but when I move it fast it goes slow and I don't mean twitch I mean smooth and like I don't hit the in game cap I used mouse m601 redragon and monix naos 8200 and profile 1 in game Accel 85 diagonal Accel and liner graph mousepads tested qck+ and reddragons mouse pad game max sense games pubg, call of duty , fortnite

Unfortunately we do not have an option for that mouse but if you look at the two models below they are both ambidextrous mice.

Prowlerspubg one was set to 100 diagonal Accel but I changes digonal to 85 because 100 precent would make it move werid when I moved left to right it would go up and down making a wave so yeah I use your profiles just lil adjust ments

Hey , I have a key mandar and a mouse and i accidentally bonded a key i didn’t want to put into the mouse . Do you know how i can unbind a key on the keymander ? for example if i made A (the jump button) something i didn’t want on my mouse how would i take it off. I have xbox one by the way

or is there anyway i can just unbind all of them at once

The easiest way to fix this would be via the Keymander software. Do you have a PC available?
