How do you have the USB headset connected? Directly to the PS4?

Are you using any kind of hub ?

No its directly into my ps4 but i might have found the problem. My mouse cord was moving the cord connected to my controller.
I tied all the cords together to stop moving and i havent disconnected since so it most likly was a bad cord

could we maybe chat on discord after im out of scool to fix this problem @ 3:30 pst. i couldnt even play with the clan last night because of disconnection issues. Here is a list of everything i did to try and fix the problem

    1.updated the fw
2.switched cords connected to my ps4 controller
3.connected the keymander directly to a power outlet
3.connected the keymander to my pc
5.tried playing without my headset (still lagged for a second or 2 then disconnected)
    6.tied up my cords
    7.reset my keymander

to better explain what happends ill be playing then my mouse and keyboard doesnt respond i spin in a circle and walk wherever direction i was going then it says my wireless controller has been disconnected and what usually fixes it is to unplug my controller and plug it back in and every once in a while the sound from my headset turns off as well but my mic still works ? this is so scuffed please help idk what else to do

If power to the KeyMander drops for any reason, it will disconnect and the power light will turn off. If too much power is being pulled from the KeyMander it will turn off then back on as a protection circuit. Usually this happens when you have a keyboard with a built-in sound card (headphone port) or USB hub, but can also happen if the controller batteries are low and start recharging, which pulls power from the KeyMander. If you have a more basic keyboard, try fully charging your controller and then playing with KeyMander. Let us know how it goes.

Does your blackwidow require two USB connections or just one?
