Importing Game Profiles

    The easiest way to get started with your new KeyMander is to dowload a profile for your game from the KeyMander forum. Start by right clicking on the profile you want to download which will be located at the bottom of the page as seen in red below.

    Make sure to put it in the same folder where your KeyMander Software is located. Next, open the KeyMander software and follow the steps below:

    1. Select an open profile spot, or select a profile you want to replace. It will have a green outline around the profile once selected.

    2. Either right click on the profile and select Import or click the File tab and select Import>Profile.

    3. In the import window browse to the location of the profile you want to import and select the profile, then click Open.

    4. Now that the profile has been imported to the KeyMander software, click the Upload tab to upload the profile group (with the newly imported profile) into the KeyMander.

    5. Connect to your console and play!

    my Profiles keep saving as an internet explorer file. how do I fix this and what do I save the profiles as?

    Internet explorer is most likely just set to be used as the default software to open the profile. But remember to import the profiles you must open the software and import the profile through there.

    When the file is downloaded it still says "default.profile"

    I was playing around with it and I noticed if I open the profile with Microsoft Contacts it worked.

    You may not be able to actually make any changes to the profile through that software. You must import it into the KeyMander software if you want to make changes.

    Are you getting an error when importing?

    Are you right clicking on a profile and selecting import, or are you going to FILE and then import?

    Where did you put the profile file on your PC? When you click on import you need to navigate to where ever it is located on your PC.

    I have downloaded mine through the web based site on my mobile phone. I don't try to download the profile from the forum tab on the app, I go onto my phones web browser and download them that way. So far it has worked perfectly, hope this helps.

    I was trying for 2+ hours to get the keymander to let me play bo4 but it wouldnt work no profile i tried wanted to play and idk if something is wromg with it

    Hi Ulises,
    Let's make sure we understand your issue correctly. Is your KeyMander working with the mouse and keyboard, but you cannot use the B04 profile, or does the KeyMander not work?

    Did you download and open the profile with the KeyMander software? Did you remember to use the Upload function to upload the profile to your KeyMander?

    Nvm i figured it out however i have another problem how do i open files from the profile page when i download them because they show up as internet explorer files and i cant open them do i need a file manager or something

    They should be saved as a file with the extension ".profile" which allows importing into the KeyMander software. What happens when you right click and select save?

    If you are on XB1 you can connect headphones directly to the controller. If you are on PS4, you will need to connect USB headset to the console.

    There are several bug fixes in it that allow better compatibility with major games. When you download the firmware .zip file and unzip it you will find a list of the details.

    You can create a post and attach your profile to share it with the community. Just make sure you save your profile, use the export function to save it into a folder on your computer, then attach it to a new post here.

    I'm not sure what that function is on the cronusmax, but that is a scripting device and although we are looking into adding compatibility for it, we currently are not compatible with that device.
