PUBG XBox 1 X Mouse and kb directional inputs keep scrolling

    Hey guys and girls. Looking to see if anyone can help with an issue i am having setting up keymander. Currently using Razer deathadder elite and razer blackwidow keyboard. downloaded profile in one of the threads and seems ok to start with but i am having issues dialing in deadzone and sensitivity stuff. in game, when mouse is idle it randomly moves around in different directions and if i go up, it will just keep going up until i move the mouse again. Any ideas on how to fix this? current Dpi is set at 1800 in software and is the default dpi of the mouse i am using (cannot be adjusted without Synapse software running and i dont believe it has on board memory to save the settings)

    As far as the keyboard inputs( U,D,L,R ) acting as if i am holding the key down, i am stumped.

    I love the product but it seems very hard to dial in for a decent gaming experience.

    Can you send me a screenshot of how you have your PUBG deadzone set.

    Also have you tried our sample profile? If not it is here.

    will do that once I get home. I'm currently using the sample profile and the screen didn't move no matter where the sliders were on the dead zone during the simulation mode. Keymander beeped at me while changing the settings so I believe I was doing it right. It seems like it holds the input after I stop moving the mouse sometimes and I'm also having trouble with small inputs. For instance, at 100m I ads to a guy in the window and the slightest directional movement of the mouse will put my sights outside of the window or a couple feet in either direction of the target.     Another question, is this happening while going through simulation mode or do you have the mouse directly to the Keymander?

    Ok first lets try connecting it to a PC and running through simulation mode and see if the same thing occurs.

    Also try reloading the current firmware or upgrading. Current firmware is 1.3.121.
