Keyboard no longer working after firmware update 1.2.118

    I just updated the firmware to 1.2.118 and now my keyboard no longer reads anything. It worked absolutely fine up until then, but as soon as the update was applied, nothing at all. I'm running a Xbox series x with Razer Naga Pro mouse and Logitech G Pro keyboard. Any assistance is appreciated because I've had no luck with trying to hard restart the entire system, double checking settings, and correct ports.

    After attempting a factory reset, the firmware version now shows as 1.2.118.001 and no correction with the keyboard.

    After clicking my mouse out of frustration, I found left and right click moved the cursor up and down. Because the issue is always something that makes you go "You gotta be kidding me", I swapped the keyboard and mouse USB ports, and now everything works again. So, tech request turned bug report?
