Keymander dont work amymore

    So i bought the keymander device and connect it to my pc and it was working fine i did everything that appears on the setup video and i downloaded a overwatch profile and when i unplugged the keymander from the pc to go to my xbox one was working but then i realized that some buttons where in strange places so i decided to change them so when i get to my pc and connect the keymander once again was working really fine but when i disconnected the cables then the keymander stop working the little blue light doesn’t appear anymore and when am trying to connect the keymander to the pc the .exe file doesn’t recognize the device

    Already did and didn’t worked even i spoked with derek and he said to me to speak with you cuz the issue am having is weird
