Headset for Xbox 1 not working

    My headset just stopped working randomly. So far what I have done is make sure that my Xbox, controller, and keymander is updated. My keymander had a 2 amp power supply. To test to make sure that my headset was working properly I tested it without the KEYMANDER just plugged into the Xbox and my mic worked. As soon as I plug it into my KEYMANDER it doesn’t work. It shows that I have a mic hooked up and that I am not muted and I can hear my friends talking in the game or voice chat on Xbox but I my symbol to show that I am taking doesn’t work and my voice can’t be heard. I also did a reset of my KEYMANDER (getting rid of my custom controls on it) to make sure that I didn’t have a random setting on it. Which also didn’t help the problem. Is there anything that I am missing or did my KEYMANDER just randomly break?

    Also I have an Xbox 1 and Xbox 1 original controller
    I have a Logitech g pro gaming mouse. And a razor ornata v2 keyboard

    Hi Peter, what model number Xbox One controller do you have? What game are you in? Is it Warzone by chance? Have you tried it in other games?

    Please answer Derek's questions as well what model number Xbox One controller do you have? What game are you in? Is it Warzone by chance? Have you tried it in other games?

    Hey, it’s for every game and I’m using it on console only on the Xbox one. I can’t hear game audio whenever I connect my controller to the keymander. I’m using the new gen controller btw.

    Try using the old model Controller and see if that is the problem.
