I’ve just been having the same issues with the controller disconnecting one the Xbox one x when using the front usb. I’ll switch to the back usb and see if that fixes it.

What equipment are you using on the keymander? Keyboard and mouse? Also do you have rechargeable batteries.

I’m using a keyboard and mouse on the revised keymander, I removed the rechargeable battery pack front the Xbox one controller but I connected the usb from the keymander into the front USB port of the Xbox one x. It periodically disconnected and would only stay connected for about 30 seconds at a time.

Plugged the keymander into the usb at the back and I played this morning with no issues at all and no disconnecting with exactly the same set up of keyboard.mouse and Xbox controller.

Good news! Test it out for a couple more days and update me when you can!

Hello guys I need help ! I bought the Keymander and it's great ! I'm just have jittery problems with my mouse on BFV. My in game sensitivities are all max. My dead zone is set to circular. My mouse DPI max is 2000 so that's what it's set to in settings on the Keymander. Please help ! When I'm sniping long distance it's hard to place my cross hairs exactly where I need them, it's jittery. I can KINDA controll the jittery-ness by adjusting the ADS sensitivities but that is to uncomfortable bc I can't turn around fast enough. And very small movements just don't register ??

The reason you are having poor performance is that you have all the settings maxed! I strongly suggest downloading our sample profile for BFV and setting the in-game settings as shown on the profile page. Please try that and let us know if that solves your problem.

Ok but the max settings are the ones for In game. The settings on the Keymander are not maxed. But I will have to go to the library first thing in the morning to be able to do that I don't have a computer I will let you know ASAP. And also one more question last time I went to the library I tried to do the software update and it just kept loading and loading and loading I think it was glitched or something the software update did not work or respond

And also some semi-automatic weapons do not fire properly as fast as I clicked the mouse do you know the reason for this?I'm sorry for so many questions it's just I have nobody but online

No problem, ask as many questions as you want! Do you have an Android device to use our app for changing settings?

The KeyMander needs both mini-USB cables connected to the computer when doing the update, one connected to the PC port and the other connected to the Power port (or the Game port connected to the console) so that the KeyMander is powered and has data.

We have had some reports of some semi-auto weapons not firing as fast as you click, but we have had trouble reproducing the issue here and in our engineering lab. We are not sure if it has to do with particular mice or a setting, or if it is just the Battlefield software so we are trying to get more info. Can you please let us know what guns you experience the issue with?

The guns I'm experiencing this with are literally only sidearms and single fire weapons that have high fire rates. If it's a single fire and has a SLOW rate of fire. It's fine.

when i disconnect my xbox controller the mouse and keyboard is still going is that normal?

It will keep working until the Xbox One needs reauthorization from the controller, then it will stop.

I was just wondering as I have been using your product for quite some time now if there will be a chance for the Razer BlackWidow Elite keyboard to be able to be used on PS4? My last one broke and recently brought this just to find it doesn’t work. Thanks!

We have not seen any of the Razer unit have any problem with any of the keymanders so even though we have not seen any problem you may experiense something new but we dont think you will.

Yo, so i have my keymander set up and i am trying to use turbo mode. it works but it wont let me aim in at the same time as i hold down my mouse shoot button, any tips?

Im having trouble getting it to work at all! I connected the power to the back of the xbox, connected my elite series 2 controller to controller section, and connected my wireless mouse and keyboard set to the keyboard port. Nothing is working

Do you know if you have a charge and sync cable connected to the controller?

My son connected his gaming keyboard to his xbox one and now his controller wont work even when the keyboard is unplugged can someone please advise as I know nothing about this sort of thing

Hello, I'm experiencing some difficulties with the audio. Whenever I put my USB into the new gen controller and the keymander, it works but I cant hear anything anymore whenever I plug in the USB. Need help

What you need to make sure is that the controller has all the updates and check all the USBs on the pc. Tell me what kemander do you have?
