What console are you on? What happens when it cuts out, power off or does it say controller disconnected, etc?

I need help getting keymander to recognize its being powered on.

Xbox one it keeps pressing the last buttons i pressed liek ill keep walking left or something like that same with mouser i checked the lights like i say you ask someone else they stay on and it doesnt say controller disconnected and also it last ab 3-10 secs

also its happening ALOT like 2 times per game(ranked r 6 game)

also i checked i use my laptop keyboard andwhenit stops working the settings light goes out so idk whats wrong

Is your KeyMander connected to the front USB or the rear?
What firmware is your KeyMander running? Did you already upgrade to the latest?
Have you updated the XB1 controller firmware?

@NotACopperV I have also had the same issue. For example, i will start to run and then it continues to move until i bump the analog stick on my controller. i have my console USB plugged in the rear port. i also was having another minor issues so checked all the things Moderator asked, the reset the gamepad emulator and have not have any issues so far. i hope that was useful at all.

i actually fixed it i change the port i put the usb in and a firmware update came out yesterday so one of the two fixed it

another update that didnt fix it i spoke to soon anyone have any fixes

its getting to the point where its happening pretty much every game and i had another issue that also becoming very common i have my caps lock and windows button binded to controls but sometimes it will actually turn on caps or open taskbar which is really annoying also the caps button makes me move slower for some reason in r6 even if its not binded to anything please help

Caps Lock is the Walk Mode key and cannot be reprogrammed to another key at this time, so if you use it for any other function you will walk slow and have that function active.

Did you update the KeyMander firmware or the controller firmware, I'm not sure which you meant but both likely need to be updated. Update the KeyMander firmware here.

Update the controller firmware by opening the Xbox menu, going to System>Settings>Devices & Streaming>Accessories. When the Xbox controller is displayed on the screen, select the three dots below the Configure box. Select the Firmware Update even if “No update available” is displayed. Select Continue.

Have you updated to the newest firmware in both the controller and the KeyMander? I know you said its working now, just wanted to know if that was included in what you did.

it hasnt been fixed i just got lucky and it didnt happen for a while still cutting out when it does the setting light goes on im using my laptop keyboard with play mode btw

Yes everything is working fine. i updated the firmware and for keymander, controller and G hub. played pubg, cod and far cry with no issue

Are you still having a problem? If so, did you update the controller firmware and the KeyMander firmware?

Yes im still having the issue i switched whitch port its plugged into my computer update the keymander firmware and xbox controllers firmware randomly it will go out and the setting light will go off on the keymander (im using playmode) and it will continue doing what i was doing so if i was aiming and hold D it will move to my right it will stay aimed in and shoot for about 5 seconds then it will work again
