How would I make a secondary keybind. For example caps lock and q mapped to left stick click

Are you playing Rainbow Six Siege? If so, there's a special what to set it up for left lean and sprint. If it's any other game, you setup LC to your primary use key such as Q, and then press F11 to turn on Macro Mode and create a one-button macro that is simply LC and assign it to Caps Lock.

What is the special way because I’m playing Rainbow Six Siege.

My apologies Alex, I forgot that Caps Lock is hard coded to Walk Mode, so anytime you press Caps Lock while holding a direction key it will cause you to move slowly. You need to choose a different key for your secondary bind. For R6S you need to choose your Lean key and assign that as the direct key, then assign Sprint using a Macro. So, if you want Q as Lean, assign LC to Q, then create a Macro for Sprint and assign it to any key besides Caps Lock.

I have one more question about this, is cap lock hard coded to the keymander or the game itself and will there/ is there ever going to be a workaround because I’m pretty sure you can use caps lock on the keymander 2

Yes, it is hard coded and I'm not yet sure if there will be a workaround. I have asked multiple times but we have been heavy into development on K2 so we haven't had a major update in awhile. Now that K2 is out, we will be doing some K1 work but not sure what and when. Yes, K2 can use Caps Lock for any function.
