    So I play on Xbox one x tried setting up a macro for editing on fortnite, sequence macro specifically on Logitech G502 hero on grub software, the macro works on my pic I tested it but for some reason doesn’t work on my Xbox, any suggestions? Regular simple macros for example (rapid fire for pistols) would work, but if I need (“on press” edit⬇️+select⬇️, “while holding” select⬇️, “on release” confirm edit) that for some reason wouldn’t work on Xbox one x

    Hi Mento,
    Did you program the macro in the mouse or in the KeyMander software? If the mouse does not have on-board storage for macros it will not carry over to KeyMander. Have you tried testing your macro while the mouse is connected to the computer and the computer is connected to the KeyMander and using the Simulation Mode?

    Hello Derek, first thanks for approaching to help me, I will answer all your questions in the order you have asked them in your response;
    I programmed the macro on my Ghub software for my Logitech G502 hero, yes it has on board memory, yes I have tried my macro on pc and it did work, it also works on my Xbox.

    So to put what’s happening to me in summary,
    My macro as Simple as just “no repeat” or “repeat while holding” will work, but when I choose the sequence option it won’t work only on Xbox version, and I have a picture examples that might help.

    The button that I assigned the macro on stops working entirely as if it’s not assigned when I assign it with a sequence macro. It just acts like it is a disabled button nothing even when I try to assign it in game when I press it does nothing like I didn’t press on anything, so this happens on my Xbox one x I have tested it on pc it worked. I don’t know what to do now If maybe I could make sequence macros on the original way of most softwares where it’s just no repeat? Is there any way I could make one press into three different actions like “on press” , “while holding” & “on release”

    Sorry I actually tested it on all the options now it sounds like it only works on no repeat, macro doesn’t work on “repeat while holding” so pretty much the macro doesn’t loop. I have to press the macro button consistently to do when I need it to just Loop the action I set the macro to. Could that be a problem with my Xbox only or is it common issue?

    Our Macros currently do not have repeat function or hold function so that is definitely part of the issue. You can link buttons together and time them to some degree, but we don't recognize holds or repeats at this time.

    Oh man not for console right... it’s guess I need to upgrade for good... Alright thanks I have done further research and yes I have confirmed on console if doesn’t loop or repeat or sequence. Thank you Derek!

    We are working on a refresh of the macro functionality for a future update, so this may end up working in the future.
