why does my keymander not work all the time?

    sometimes it works good and then sometimes it don't? tryed to use it today and could not get it to work? did like i allways do turned on game, started the keymander software hit F5 to get my profile then F12 to use my pc keybord and mouse.No control of the game, tryed to re start everything softwere and x box still nothing???it is getting old having to mess with this thing every time i wont to play...:rage:

    Which version of Xbox One console are you using? To which USB port on it is the KeyMander connected?
    Did your KeyMander come with a 3-connector cable like this?

    If so, please follow the troubleshooting instructions here to see if it is your micro USB cable that may need to be replaced.

    Just got mine yesterday and it worked fine, tried to connect it to a laptop today and was able to get into the settings once, but then after was stuck on the loading screen and couldn’t change anything I checked and everything was plugged in correctly I even tried switching some of the cables and ended up getting frustrated, now it won’t work at all it’s powered on but my keyboard and mouse won’t work they’re both connected but won’t even light up

    What are the lights on the keymander doing? Any flashing? Or just solid blue?

    What ports did you have connected on the side that says PC POWER and GAME?

    Hi Keyuan,
    We have not tested the G203, but the G303 and G403 both work so the odds are good that it will also work. Do you have one and have issues with it working with KeyMander?
