Are you using a profile or did you create your own? If you are using one of ours make sure the in game settings match and check your DPI on your mouse is adjusted.
Play with the settings until you find something that suits you.

What mouse are you using? What is the dpi setting for your mouse and KeyMander?

Is there anyway we could get an update on the Overwatch sample profile?

Yes, we have been swamped with the recent new big releases for Gears 5 Borderlands 3, Ghost Recon and CoD, but we will be reviewing Overwatch. What console are you on and what issue have you notice with the most recent profile?

I'm wondering the same with regard to Overwatch, and hitscan heros vs. projectile heros, there's a relatively new setting that is not mentioned in the profile setup here on the forums, which is "Aim Assist Ease In." Given that within the game itself, hitscan heros should have the slider set more towards 100 and projectile heros should have it set more towards 0, should the default profile have it set at 50? In the profile for OW from two years ago, this setting is of course not mentioned (it didn't exist then), so I'm just wondering if that's one of the recommended settings changes to the game's default settings. And if you just leave it set at default, I'm wondering if people have to change profiles on the fly when playing different heros in OW using Keyamander. (Sorry if this is a silly question, I'm very new to using this type of equipment for gaming.)

There are two profiles for Overwatch and I recommend Aim Assist Ease In set to zero with both of them as noted on the settings page. I don't think we even have the profile from 2 years ago archived, so it you are using it I'd strongly suggest using the version posted in February of this year.
