Hi here's my profile. thanks for the help again guys. I really appreciate the support and help you guys give with your products.

I also notice that sometimes when i'm in my inventory it keeps scrolling up. i can't scroll down.

I didn't see the up arrow issue, but it kept switching to pause when I checked it. I think there has been some kind of corruption in your file. Please try this newer version and see if it is ok. If so, please modify it to work with your key bindings and check again.

I just tried the new profile with my key binding. I can't seem to get the mouse smoothness I had with the older version. But it does the same thing. It randomly hits my scroll up button which is up arrow. I just bought the retikal gaming mouse and I noticed it started doing this when I started using the new mouse. Do I need to configure the mouse or update the mouse with my PC before using it with the keymander? I unboxed it and plugged it in the keymander.

You need to do three things:
1. Push the mouse DPI button until it shows 5000 on the side.
2. Set the KeyMander DPI setting to 5000 using the KeyMander software.
3. Press Upload to write the settings to KeyMander or they will not be stored/used.

Beyond that let's check a few things.
1. Does the random up arrow (random scroll wheel up function) happen in other games?
2. How do you define the smoothness? Is it the diagonal movement, does it feel jumpy, etc.?

For the mouse setting I already did everything you said.
It happens in other games also.
I mean it feels jumpy when I ads. I just can't seem to get the perfect dead zone like I have with my older setting.

But I just played today with a wired keyboard instead of the wireless and connected a cell charger to the power port on the keymander and it didn't happen once in 4h of gaming. I think it was either the wireless that was having a bug or not enough power.
If it happens again I'll let you know thanks for the help really appreciated.

I'm glad that it's working, but I'm concerned that you can't get the updated profile working as well as your old one for ADS. I will take a look at your old profile deadzone and compare them to see where they differ.

Ok perfect thank you and if it changes anything I play with the keymander set to 5000dpi like the max of the mouse but when I play I'm on the 3rd setting on the mouse

Hi derek just letting you know I managed to set my dead zone perfectly with my new mouse. The new profile is way better than the old one now that I managed to set everything right. Thanks for the help you guys are awesome.

Hi, my problem came back and I also noticed that it randomly fires 1 shots from time to time and I can't use semi auto cause it doesn't fire as fast as I click the left mouse. It fires 1 or 2 shots for 15 clicks.

Can you try upgrading the firmware on the keymander, it is okay if your Keymander is up to date already just upgrade it to the same firmware.

I already tried that. I tried 3 different mice and it always does it.

Is it in PUBG or different games? Is there anything consistent about the way it does it that would help us reproduce the behavior?

in every game and honestly there's nothing consistent about it. Sometimes it will do it 3-4 times within a few minutes and then it won't do it for 30 minutes. And for the semi auto problem it's all the time. But I'll make sure tomorrow but I think it's only with the ar's. Like the m4 and scar are the worse. I literally shoot max 4 bullets for 15 clicks. I have to slow down my clicks and try to time it perfect.

I checked with other weapons and it's the same it won't fire as fast as I click very frustrating dying in games because of this
