I’m using my keymander and it is all setup pretty well but just wondering, if the dpi is set at 10000 in the software and i use 16k dpi, will this result in choppy movement? Also i would love to know what diagonal acceleration, aim acceleration, and ads delay time do because i’m playing on rainbow six siege and want to play to the best of my ability and be able to flick and snap on my opponents

The DPI will make a huge difference on how fast you need it to move. Are you using the profile we made or are you using your own?

If the KeyMander DPI is set at 10K and you set your mouse to 16K, the mouse sensitivity will be so mismatched that none of the game profiles we provide will have a usable mouse setting. Additionally, you may experience noise or pixel jumping due to the extremely high dpi setting, especially on a soft mouse pad. I strongly suggest you drop your mouse dpi to match the KeyMander, and for RS6 I would actually recommend you try 4K dpi setting for both mouse and KeyMander. You will likely find much smoother response between 3500 to 5000dpi.

ah, alright, so i shouldn’t be using 10k dpi? and do you have any tips/settings i could change to snap on my opponents?

RS6 doesn't have aim-assist except for in Terrorist Hunt mode, so I don't have anything that will let you snap onto opponents. The other issue with console versions of RS6 is the aim/look mechanic is pretty slow, so quick wrist flicks don't work well without adding acceleration and/or bumping mouse sensitivity up to where it borders on exceeding the game's maximum turn speed. When you hit that point (explained here), the faster you move the mouse the slower your reticle will move in game.

To play RS6 well on a console you will need to find your "sweet spot" between acceptable turn speed and acceptable accuracy for your style of play. If you need faster aiming, you can bump mouse sensitivity in the KeyMander software a couple points at a time and see if your accuracy and shot tracking are still acceptable. If you need faster turning you can bump acceleration a couple points and do the same as for aiming.

alright, i’ve been using 10k dpi and 100 in game acceleration, do you still recommend 4k dpi or would what i’m using work, cause it seems good but i would just want to know what’s better

I recommend you at least try 4K dpi and see how it feels. Are you on PS4 or XB1?

i’m on xb1 and i’m trying it and it feels really good actually i’d just love to flick on people and i have all the acceleration except diagonal on 100 but as of so far it feels good

i’ve been using 4k and 4500 dpi and it started feeling choppy out of no where and i have everything set up correctly, the dpi in the settings is the same, and the dead zone circles for aim are the smallest

Are you playing with a PC connected?
Does your mouse have a DPI button that you could have accidentally hit?
Also, if you have set the deadzone to the minimum setting it will feel jumpy, like you have to move the mouse a bit before it registers. You need to set the deadzone correctly as described here.

no i’m not playing with a pc connected, and yes i am using a razer deathadder elite, is there anyway i can disable the dpi buttons cause i’ve tried in the synapse software and it didn’t work

We do not have a way to disable the dpi buttons since KeyMander does not recognize them. I don't know if the DA Elite has on-board memory, but if so you could set all the dpi slots to the same setting so that if you do hit a button it wouldn't matter.
