I need help getting my Logitech g600 mouse side panel button setup to be used on the keymander. I look through a lot of thread here but still having issues. Disabled the enhance pointer precision. I tried using the on-board memory and the automatic game detection. And mapped the keys to the letters of the keyboard but when I connect the g600 to the key mapper nothing is mapped just the primary and secondary buttons are working and set to the two trigger buttons. If I could get any help I would appreciate it.

The 12 side buttons on the G600 currently cannot be mapped directly by KeyMander, however I will try to remember the workaround we used previously. Unfortunately I sent my G600 to our R&D team to work on the side button programming issue so I can't test this as I type. Here's what I remember us doing:
    1. Turn off automatic game detection and set to on-board memory.
    2. Program each side button as an unused keyboard key such as K, L, etc.
    3. Save the profile to the persistent memory so it is the only profile on the mouse.
    4. Using the KeyMander software, bind those keyboard keys (K, L, etc.) to the functions you want the mouse to activate (i.e. bind Left Button to K).
    5. Save the profile and then upload it to KeyMander.

I tried it and it is still not working. Is there anything else I can do?

Can you send us your profile so we can take a look at it? I will have to order another G600 so we can write up a work around.

What game is this profile for?

Destiny 2. Would I have to create one for each game?

No, I just need to test it in a game and see what's going on with it but I needed to know where to start. We will start by testing it against our current Logitech mice samples while we wait for a new G600 to arrive.

Our G600 should arrive Monday for testing. I'll test it with your profile when it arrives and see if we can get the workaround running.

    Hi Fernsoto,
Our G600 arrived today and I'm sorry to say that the side button programming only works with the PC connected. I'll have to see what is going on with our R&D team's progress on making it work without the PC.

Thank you. Also will there be any support for audio through the controller when connecting a headset?

Could I use the app on the phone to make it work or does it have to be the computer?

Right now our hardware doesn't support PS4 audio through the controller, and requires a USB headset. I can't comment on future support right now other than to say it is planned.

The Android app will not allow the G600 side buttons to work because it needs the PC drivers running in the background. We have a very big software update in development that will drastically improve mouse and keyboard button programming, but I don't have a scheduled release date for it. I have been pushing for a short term workaround for this side button compatibility but I don't have any feedback from engineering yet to know if it can be done before the update.

Ok thank you. To make it work, did you have to connect both the mouse and keymander to the PC or just the keymander? Also was my profile good as it is?

You need to have the mouse connected to the PC and a USB cable connected from the PC to the KeyMander's PC port. You do not need to have the keyboard connected to the PC, but you can share a single keyboard and mouse between the PC and KeyMander so it would make it easier on you to have them both connected to the PC.

The profile you provided is probably not going to play very well due to the mouse settings. When you max out the sensitivity and the acceleration it almost always exceeds the maximum turn speed limit in most any game as explain here, and makes the mouse feels super delayed as it stops responding. Have you tried our sample profile using the in-game settings shown? If you use that as a base and change the key bindings to match yours, you will likely have a better starting point.
