I really wish we had better troublesdhooting methods. very good product on paper but not so efficient after all.

When everything is plugged in, does your controller turn on automatically or do you have to turn it on? That is a common issue with many people today, the cord they use to plug in their controllers isn't a "Charge and Sync" Cable.

What console are you on? What lights do you currently see on the keymander? Anything flashing?

I run a k63 wireless mechanical keyboard with a Corsair rgb harpoon wireless mouse. Tried hooking up the mouse to the pc. Different cords. Direct button mapping. All the info i could find here and anywhere else has solved nothing for me. Bought this two this ago and been troubleshooting since then. Very unhappy with the results. Please help. — Monkii

What console are you on, what game are you currently testing and what problem are you experiencing? Are you using our sample profile for your game and are you using the in-game settings shown for it in the forum?
