When will we get any MCC Profiles. I understand you guys have had a lot of work lately, but its been a year sense you guys last talked about this. If you guys release the unfinished profiles [or profile],I can guarantee that the community will finish them.

Hello, this is something that I can start working on. Keep in mind the game just went through a major update that has been promised for the past year. The aim system has now been overhauled to allow for more modern feel and no longer just a square deadzone. I can begin working on these soon, and it may be somewhat delayed as I am expecting a newborn in the next few weeks.

We just fixed the problem with plasma pistols that prevented us from updating the MCC profile, so I will get it updated ASAP. Each game in the MCC requires it's own profile, so I'll be uploading them independently as they are finished. We are working on MCC: Halo 3 currently and should be done in a few days.

thanks man you are the man. I did a pretty okay job making a profile based on halo5 but I have some terrible drifting issues. but I feel like it is human error.

Drifting issues indicates your controller has some deadzone problems. Try increasing the deadzone size until it stops drifting.

okay I seem to have the corrected which was pretty helpful. but the only issue I seem to come across in when I hit my arrow keys for too long my in-game character will continue to walk the direction. any thoughts on my error?

Is your keyboard connected to KeyMander through a PC?

yeah, I use all three micro USB cables (one of my own) power, pc, and console. followed by a one-handed keyboard for gaming on my console with razer deatheater as my mouse, again I just figure out the best settings possible for my keymander. still drafting pretty bad. to the point, I want to give up and return it. that's the last thing I want to do.

back on this topic, it seems the only way I can stop my spartan from walking to walls after I release the WASD keys is to unplug all the cables and reconnect them, but I should not have to do that 3 to 5 times in a single game. all help would be greatly appreciated. heck if we could jump into a call together and get this figured out would be awesome as well. I just want everyone including myself to be issue free. also feels like there is mad delay at times.

    Hi Nitro,
Yes, you can give us a call or message me your contact info and I'll have our team call you. From your description it seems your PC is causing your movement to continue after you release the key. If you test by connecting the keyboard directly to the KeyMander and not use Play Mode, does it stop the problem?

AHHH dang this response just was a little too late. I got pretty frustrated with everything and returned this product today. I loved the idea. Just couldn't figure it out. I do thank you for all the help.

I'm sorry we were not able to help in time. We do our best to monitor every thread, but sometimes posts fall through the cracks which is why we have our main support lines. Normally the product comes with a card in the box showing our 800 tech support line and our instant online chat information so you can get immediate support. Was your unit missing this card or is there some way we could have better alerted you to our immediate support options?
