I am using the Red Dragonite 16,400 DPI gaming mouse model M901.
I have followed several tutorials from several different people and all seem to give me the same results.
When I use my mouse for any game, if I move my mouse just a little, in game it moves much farther and slower than intended. In some cases, the in-game cursor will even move for several seconds after I have finished moving my mouse. I am not sure if I am missing something or if my mouse just is not compatible. I also have access to a Gigabyte Thor M7 mouse, a Microsoft Sidewinder and I even have the Kaliber Gaming wireless mouse and keyboard that came with my Keymander.

There are a few problems you are experiencing. First, your mouse sensitivity is set too high for the maximum turn speed of the game. Here's some information to help explain what you may be experiencing. What game are you playing?

Also, the actual usable dpi for gaming with these Redragon 16,400dpi mice is only 8200, not the 16,400 they claim. They double sensor resolution but unfortunately they do it in a low cost way that degrades the gaming performance. Make sure you set the Redragon mouse software to 8200dpi which is the actual maximum hardware resolution of that mouse's sensor.

Thank you, I come from using the CronusMax Plus so I am familiar with tweaking settings in that fashion but that article was helpful so I appreciate that. In your opinion, which mouse should I use? The Kaliber Gaming mouse that I have is only 2000 DPI, which, I know isn't the end all be all but, I would like to use the best possible mouse and I am not sure if that is it. Mind shedding some light? It would be much appreciated.

No problem. The Kaliber Gaming mouse that comes with our KeyMander kit is the minimum resolution needed to effectively play using KeyMander. While it works pretty well for most people, higher level players will want to move to a higher resolution mouse. I usually recommend 4,000-5,000 dpi as being an excellent ball park depending on your mouse's sensor. If you're more of a twitch movement type player (high dpi, low wrist movement), a higher resolution mouse may be better for your. If you are more of a CS:GO low dpi, higher movement player then most mice from 2,000dpi on up should work fine for you.

I just went and bought the Corsair Glaive RGB mouse. I am having the exact same problem that I had with the RedDragon. just not to the same extent. Any idea why this might be happening? I am experiencing it on every game. I set the mouse to 10,000 DPI and set the Keymander to 10000 DPI as well. I then imported the profile for The Division, PUBG, and SWBF2 and when I move my ouse just slightly, the the keymander seems to delay for a second and then move nearly in a 360. Not sure what I am missing. Do I need to adjust the sensitivity and acceleration for the new DPI? Polling rate is 1000 mhz.

I am sorry to tell you that the Glaive is not compatible with KeyMander at this time. In our tests, just moving the mouse generates keyboard commands and is completely unpredictable. Our engineers bought a sample to work on figuring out the issue and writing a firmware patch. I may have an alternative solution to test, so check your messages.
