my keyboard and mouse go really unresponsive unless I plug them directly into the keymander, I've been playing with keymander with my keyboard and mouse pluged into my computer and everything seemed to work fine, but for some reason now if my keyboard and mouse are plugged into my computer my mouse and keyboard movement gets really unresponsive and the only way I can fix it is by plugging the keyboard and mouse into the keymander itself, how do if fix this, I've already reset everything and tried different keyboards and mouse and it's still unresponsive

    Hi Novalawl,

When you enter the play mode on your computer, does your screen change to this view?
    Play%20Mode%20screeen_zpskncmrmqp.jpg

If so, does the keyboard and mouse work poorly or not at all?
When you press F9 do you hear one beep or two?

they get delayed, for example, if I move my mouse towards the left it will take 2 seconds for it to register, and also it go unresponsive and doesn't move altogether

It seems that the PC is the root of the problem, but without more information it is tough to see what is causing it. I have tried to replicate this on a few different XP, Vista and Windows 10 based PCs and have not seen this type of response. More than likely that means there is either some conflicting software (perhaps a recent software update?), or a recent hardware change causing a problem. The fact that it was previously working correctly makes me suspect it is a software update or newly installed program. Can you check your Windows update screen and see when your PC was last updated? Also, have you installed or updated anything else recently?

I do not know how that affects Windows performance, but we can't have reference to or discussions about software obtained in that manner. I'd suggest testing another PC or laptop with Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 to see. Although we don't officially support XP anymore (since Microsoft dropped support), at this time our current software still runs on XP too, so if you have an old, slow computer around you can give it new life to run KeyMander software.
