Firmware Update Not Working Properly

    Whenever I try to update my firmware I go to the help settings, click on update firmware and then it goes to the spinning wheel at the start and just sits there. I've tried everything but can't figure out why.

    I would suggest trying to upload the firmware using our recovery process, you can find the steps here

    Hi Evan,
    Normally the spinning wheel means it does not have a USB data connection to the PC. This can be caused by a number of reasons, but try switching the cable to a different port on your PC, and make sure you have the extra provided mini-USB cable connected between the console and your KeyMander, or between the KeyMander's power port and a power supply or additional port on your PC.
