Keymander will not work for my xb1s

    Was working great.. disconnected to use my controller for a game.. wont connect again

    Your controller may be stuck in wireless mode.

    Start with the controller turned off (but xbox on) then connect it to the keymander, it should turn on and stay on by itself, which means it is now in wired mode.

    And for future reference, will a corsair glaive &straife work with the keymander

    Do you have any lights on the Keymander itself?

    Do you have another controller or charge and sync cable you can swap out?

    The Corsair Glaive unfortunately is incombatible. The Straife I do not believe we have tested but keyboards are rarely incompatible.

    Not home at the moment however, I think the problem may be that I have a rechargeable battery pack on right now, will swap to batteries and let you know how it works! appreciate it

    one more question: i have a cheap offbrand keyboard for the time being untill i get a better one, and they keymander will not allow me to toggle on and off the backlight. is this just because of the keyboard or is jt an issue with the keymander itself?

    Good to hear your back up and running! The cable may not be sitting properly into the controller.

    Some cheap keyboard will require a connection to a PC to get its full capabilities this may be part of the issue.
