cannot sync button profile to keymander .

    i have the keymander 1 all settup all lights blue on the unit i get button profile page up but whatever i do it will not save button profile to keymander , im lost now tried every way possible any idea whats wrong ?

    update got everything up & running' genuine xbox controller kept disconnecting even though wired , replaced with a 3rd party expensive controller all the keyboard/mouse inputs started working , thoughts on this is if the controller does not sync with the keymander it creates a conflict within the firmware/software ................
