    No doubt, MS Outlook is a popular email client, but sometimes it fails to show all emails in the inbox. There may be various possible reasons behind the issue. If you are finding the best way to get rid of this issue, try to resolve it with the below techniques:

    • Check Internet Connection Stability
    • Check/ Change the Advanced View Settings in Outlook

    Check the Archive folder
    If you've archived a message, it won't appear in your inbox. Make sure the missing message isn't in your Archive folder. If you want to move an archived message back to your inbox, select the message and then select Move to > Inbox. > Move to folder > Inbox.
