Phase 1: Export NSF to CSV
1.To perform phase 1, first launch IBM Notes or Lotus Notes in your PC.
2.After Lotus Notes is launched, open the NSF database and pick the NSF file which you
wish to export
3.In next step, go to menu >> File tab >> Export
4.A pop-up will flash on your screen and will ask you to save your files. Select the folder
and save the NSF files to it
5.In the next step, give name of the file and go to the "Save as type" field and choose
Comma Separated value (CSV) option. Press OK button
6.Choose the option 'Structured Text ' and >> Press OK

Phase 2: Import CSV Format in MS Outlook
1.To begin with importation of CSV in Outlook, first launch MS Outlook Software
2.In the next step, go to file menu >>Open tab >> Import
3.Open the import wizard. Choose the option "Import from another file" and press Next
4.Either choose Comma Separated Value or Structured Text Option for saving the file and
press 'Next'
5.Select the file from where it is saved by you earlier and choose the folder in Outlook
Mailbox
6.In the end press finish
