Recently, there was a new xbox update for the xbox one s. Ever since that update, my original Keymander has been rendered useless and will not function properly. I've plugged it in, selected my desired profile, turned on play mode and nothing happens. I even get the controller rumble like I did when it worked. My firmware upgrader keeps coming up with this error: "No HID device attached to the USB port (code: 4813) even though I have both the power and pc usb ports plugged into my pc. I have a feeling that it's something with the firmware stopping this from working, or maybe the whole device is just out of date. Anyone know how to fix this? Would be greatly appreciated.
