KeyMander model GE1337p not working with PS5

    whenever i connect keymander to ps5 it says keyboard connected and when I put keyboard in the keymander USB port it says device not supported I'm using a PS4 controller on PS5 I'm trying to play Rainbow 6 seige ps4 edition

    One thing to check is where are you connecting the power?
    Are you using a charge and sync cable to the controller?
    did the Keymander work on a PS/4 or Xbox?

    thank you i managed to fix it by using the included micro usb cable
