Long continuous beep through headphones

    Hello,

    I just got a Keymander recently. It works great except that after a few minutes of playthere is a long continuous beeping noise until I unplug the controller from the Keymander and plug it back in. It does not crash the game , but it does leave my character lifeless until I unplug and replug. It happened several times per game last night, and in almost every game I played. I have an Xbox One X, Steel Series headphones, Xbox wireless controller

    well, tonight there is a slightly variation. The the controller keeps disconnecting over and over. I have to unplug and replug, but no long continuous beep so far

    I found another thread where someone else was having the same issue and they said they believed there was some update to the console that only affected the front USB. I have since plugged the Keymander into the rear USB port and have not had any issues since.
