    Do you have XB1 or PS4?

    If you can use the arrow keys on the keyboard during the menus but not in the game, that normally means you are in Typing Mode. If so, press F9 and it should beep twice and enter Gaming Mode.

    If you cannot use the arrow keys at all, that normally means there is a problem with the micro USB cable. Please see this post to test it.
