Function keys stopped working PS4

    Hi.

    I was using my device without any issues on PS4, playing apex. All of a sudden the profile select keys (F keys) have stopped working. I can't select my profile and it's not set as default. My keyboard is working fine, tried using it with my pc and the keys are working. Firmware and software are upgraded. Is there anything I can try?

    If you press F9-F11 do you see indications for the KB mode, Turbo Mode, etc? The most common problem with the F keys not bringing up the right profile is forgetting to hit Upload before exiting the KeyMander software. Check your profiles again and try hitting upload after setting your default profile and see what happens.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your answer. None of the f keys do anything. 1 to 12. And I did not forget to hit upload.y only workaround right now is to delete all other profiles so at least I can play with the correct one. But I had 3 others which I was fine tuning and could not select.

    Sorry for the delay, I haven't seen this issue before. If the keyboard functions work, except the F Keys it sounds like there is some kind of firmware corruption. I would try to back up your working profiles and export them individually, then perform a full restore of the firmware and see if that solves the problem.
